2020 Winter Field Day

SSARC Activated two stations at this years WFD which was held Jan 25th and 26th at the repeater site. With a 1pm CT start our setup was leisurely and was completed with a half an hour to spare.

The Van station operated under the club call of N0HV and had operators rotating during the day. Operations started at 1pm and concluded at 10pm with 200 QSO’s in the log spanning 20m, 40m, 80m and 160m.

The trailer station had antenna issues early which once discovered was quickly solved with a replacement antenna.

Lots of smiles and enjoyment all day, not a lot of pictures taken as we were all busy hamming it up.
